COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS): SERVICE STATEMENT & CONDITIONS
To help contain the spread of COVID-19, Stampede’s Dispatch Operations is doing its best to service all customer requests by taking a day-by-day, hour-by-hour approach.
We check-in with all our workers daily, as much as possible, to check on their health and well being and remind them to follow and practice at all times, the basic and important steps and information as listed on the Government of
This means the health and well being of everyone in our community is our priority which will potentially impact the consistent supply of courier delivery services of all our customers respective orders. We will consider each order
request individually and let our customer know if it cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time or to make other arrangements if possible. Our first priority is delivery of essential commodities on behalf of our frontline businesses
and workers in our community.
If your office is closed and you are working from home, thank you for doing your part during this very concerning time. Please note, all home business-to-business delivery requests will be considered, we will do our best, but may be
refused as our courier resources are being dedicated to essential requests first to best manage service volume.
No physical or screen signatures will be required at this time and verbal name will be requested by the courier. All paperwork and waybills are to be prepared and left with delivery orders and returns. All Bill of Lading terms and
conditions will remain in effect.
Stampede will not accept either Cash or Cheque COD’s at this time so please ensure you make alternative payment arrangements with your clients.

As recommended, anyone with symptoms or feeling unwell should stay home and follow the Alberta Government COVID-19 self-assessment tool to determine if testing is required.
